Freshness, Flavour, Affordability and Sustainability

It begins with our sourcing practices: purchasing a large percentage of our products locally (within 100 miles), using compostable takeout containers and cutlery, working with green cleaning products, and composting food waste which in turn is used for growing fresh organic produce in our roof top garden. All this is an effort to be environmentally friendly, to show responsibility, and to set a good example for our international students and for the community in which we work.

At eh we pride ourselves on providing local food with an international flavour to satisfy even the most discerning taste buds.
