  • Canadian College of English Language – Youth for Hope Project

    CCEL initiated a scholarship program for students who have lost parents, homes, and livelihoods as a result of the tsunami in Japan. The scholarship is for free tuition (courtesy of CCEL) and free accommodation for up to 3 months.  This hope for youth program has proven very successful, thank you to everyone involved. more...
