Marketing Director

Shoji has more than 17 years of experience in international education. After working for 6 years in Australia, Shoji joined CCEL marketing team in 2009 and is now in charge of student recruitment and agent relationship.

Mila Lugovska

European Marketing Director

Mila has a University Degree in Project Management and over 13 years of work experience in international education industry. She is a graduate of Canadian College and is happy to help students reach their goals in Canada by sharing her own experience. She is proudly representing Canadian College/CCEL around the world with Trade Missions and educational events visits. Mila is also a Regulated Immigration Consultant in Canada.

Fabio started his educational life studying abroad in USA than he had open his own agency in Brazil. He has more than 15 years of experience in international education. He After working for 6 years in Brazil, Fabio joined CCEL marketing team in 2011 and is now in charge of student recruitment and agent relationship.

Sebastian Mancilla

Latin American Marketing Director

Sebastian completed his business degree in Chile and CIFFA (Freight Forwarding) certification in Canada, and has more than 10 years of sales and marketing experience in Chile and Canada. Initially he came to Canada to improve his English skills, studying at three different ESL colleges. Sebastian is proud to introduce the Canadian educational system to Latin America through Canadian College, and strives to provide the best in customer service to students, agents and anyone who would like to know more about studying in Canada.

Akie Ohori

Japanese Marketing Director

Akie has over 18 years of experience in the international education industry in marketing and student services. As part of the Japanese marketing team, she aims to provide exceptional customer service to students and agents.

With her work experiences in the international education industry and previous experiences as an international student in Canada, Ivy is able to support both academic and non-academic questions to help those who would like to study and work in Canada. With her ability to speak Chinese language, Ivy is happy to provide some students an option to speak in their native language to help them to reach their goals.

Leanne Packer

CCEL Teacher

Leanne graduated with a BA in Hispanic Studies from the University of Victoria in 2010, which also included studying Spanish in Mexico for eight months. After graduating, Leanne taught ESL abroad for six months. She had the opportunity to teach in a variety of different contexts such as teaching business professionals, high school students and children.

Adam Shiroma

CCEL Teacher

Adam has been in education for the past ten years and has had the pleasure of working with people ranging in age from five to seventy-five. In addition to a Bachelor's degree in psychology and English writing, he is certified in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL).

Lane Clark

CEO

Lane Clark is the CEO of the Canadian College of English Language (est. 1991). Lane graduated from the University of Victoria with a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the faculty of Engineering then worked as a marketer, administrator, director and now CEO. Lane Clark has assisted in opening colleges in NZ, USA and Canada and has also partnered with numerous universities and colleges locally and internationally. He has also been recognized for his philanthropic endeavors providing programs for international students in need.

Shaun Macleod

Academic Director

Shaun has been an instructor at CCEL since 2007 and is now the college’s Academic Director. As a teacher, over the years Shaun has taught a variety of levels–from Beginner to EAP. As the Academic Director, Shaun manages the classes and faculty, and oversees curriculum development. However, he still enjoys teaching, and currently teaches a live upper-level English class every Wednesday on YouTube.
